I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with OVER 20 years experience of preparing medical reports and appearing as an expert witness in court.
I prepare about 100 personal injury reports a year, many dealing with complex trauma, and over 70 clinical negligence reports.
Approximately 70% of my instructions are from claimant\s solicitors.
I have attended court as an expert witness on over twenty occasions.
All personal injury reports are sent within two days and clinical negligence reports within a maximum of four weeks if the relevant documentation and imaging is available to me.
