How soon will my client receive an appointment?The average waiting time for all three locations is between 4 and six weeks. If the instructing solicitor wishes their client to be seen more urgently then this can usually be arranged within one to two weeks.
How soon will I receive the report?The medical report is despatched within two days as long as all relevant documentation and imaging etc. are available at the time of the appointment.
What is the non attendance fee?If a client cannot attend for their examination and gives at least two days notice then the appointment can be rescheduled and no fee is payable. For non-attendance without notification (unless there are compelling reasons) a fee of £100 will be charged.
How long will the appointment take?The standard appointment is for thirty minutes. In complex cases more time is allocated if the instructing party notifies us in advance. For alleged medical negligence a one hour appointment is given.
